4. Payments & Refund Policy

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or Stripe.

• Once a report is generated and delivered via email, it is non-refundable, as it is a personalized digital product.

• In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, please contact support@kundlicraft.com for resolution.

5. Delivery of Reports

After successful payment and submission of details:

• Reports are generated automatically in PDF format.

• Reports are sent to your registered email address, usually within minutes.

• In rare cases of delay, please allow up to 24 hours for delivery.
